We have a committee of 10 first year students:

Our committee are dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in our school and the wider Gorey areas.

What have the Amber Flag Committee done so far?

Since the election to the Amber Flag Committee in September they have held a very successful Stand-Up week.

On Friday 15th October they held a feel-good Friday reward day for our first years. The students were treated to a healthy breakfast of pancakes and fresh fruit. They took park in mindful yoga and colouring activities. To end the day, they were taken to the cinema in Gorey.

The committee have many more projects in the pipelines for the foreseeable future.

We will be applying for our first ever Amber Flag in April next year.
